TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Basic provisions These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller Tomáš Böhm, with registered office at Jeseník nad Odrou 69, and the buyer when purchasing goods through the e-shop klidnanoc.eu.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse the order in the event of out of stock or an obvious error in the price.

3. Prices and payment All prices are listed including VAT. Payment can be made by the following methods: card, bank transfer

4. Shipping and delivery The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. Shipping is free

5. Withdrawal from the contract In accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

6. Complaints and warranty All goods are subject to a statutory warranty period of 24 months. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to tomas.bohm02@seznam.cz. Complaints will be processed within 30 days.

7. Personal data protection The processing of personal data is governed by our Personal Data Protection Policy, which is available at klidnanoc.eu.

8. Final provisions These terms and conditions are valid. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. All disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
