1. Delivery methods We deliver goods via PostNL

2. Delivery time Orders sent on business days within 1-3 hours are usually dispatched the same day. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

4. Shipment tracking After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment number and a link to track the delivery.

5. Failure to pick up the shipment If you do not pick up the shipment, it will be returned. The buyer pays the costs of resending.

6. Damage during transportation When you receive the shipment, check its condition. Report visible damage to the packaging directly to the carrier and contact us immediately at tomas.bohm02@seznam.cz.
